Come and find out more about the creation of the Stanmer Yurt – inspired by the Scottish Storytelling Yurt, this is the first communally created yurt in the South Downs National Park.

Sue is a community artist, spinner, natural dyer, local historian and creator of the Knitting the Map and the Yurt projects.

Alex and Micheal (aka Mocksim) are writers and artists who have a problem with almost everything but still function.

Mondrian used the concept of utopia in a practical way in his practice and in the
design of his own studio. How can we take this example revitalise and reinvigorate  the term today?

Luis is a senior lecturer in architecture at the University of Brighton who has carried out research on utopia, walking in cities, and everyday practices.
