A collaboration between White Night and TO THE COMMON ROOM!, an exhibition and live archive project at the University of Sussex celebrating 50 years of student experience. Come to a night of Sussex bands through the ages, screenings of protest footage, and a mash-up of past and present student debates.

Immerse yourself in an atmosphere of activism past and present as we OCCUPY! The Old Market, Hove. Bring your questions, hopes, ideas and memories to an evolving exhibition of photography, film footage, banners and posters that aim to revive and celebrate decades of student campaigns, and visions for a better world.

With live performances from Blues band Lenna and the Snakemen, BOY COM and other campus-born acts, as well as talks from student activists from various movements over the decades, we will take over the space in a creative and interactive celebration of activism and peaceful protest.
